Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select, either 6 months or 12 months.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries in advance at the beginning of each month.
If you want to pause your subscription, you can do so at any time but we do ask that you send us an email prior to doing so. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. In unforeseen circumstances, we do not encourage cancellation of the subscription and would rather pause the subscription, however cancellation is possible.
