    Simply decide between the 6-month and 12-month subscription. Once we receive your order, your job is done! Your subscription will run automatically.

  • We get your box ready for shipping

    We begin preparations to ship your first box within a week of your order. The rest of your boxes should arrive at your door around the 20th of each month for the duration of your subscription.

  • Begin crafting to your heart's content

    All you have to do is wait to receive your box via courier in order to experience that unboxing feeling month after month.

How does one hour sound from casting to demoulding?

This ecoresin white box includes all you need: the products, the tools and the protective gear. A full instruction guide will take you through the exact formula to handcraft a 3-piece set made up of a trinket tray, vase and jewellery holder; a separate tealight candle holder; and a small letter blocks mould.

The foundational tools include a kitchen scale, a silicone mat, silicone measuring jugs and mixing sticks.

  • When should I expect my box to arrive?

    Receive box 1 within a week. Your remaining boxes will be shipped around the 20th of each month for the duration of your subscription.

  • Will my bank card details be handled securely once I have made my first payment?

    Definitely. We are powered by Shopify and we use Paystack as our payment gateway. These two giants prioritise security and employ multiple measures to ensure safe online transactions.

  • Can I give this as a gift to a friend?

    What a great gift idea! Choose the length of subscription and be sure to enter your own billing address but THEIR shipping address. We will charge your card and ship directly to your friend. We are able to change the shipping address manually so the boxes can be delivered to multiple addresses.

  • How will I be billed since I have signed up for a subscription and not a once off purchase?

    We make use of Paystack's subscription feature to manage our subscriptions. You load your card details on our secure payment system and Paystack will charge your card automatically according to the subscription of your choice.

  • Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

    Yes, our subscriptions can be paused or cancelled. Send us an email at info@craftcherry.co.za in order for us to action it for you.

  • Can I return the box if I am not entirely happy with it?

    Absolutely. If you are not entirely happy with your box, you can return it for a full refund.
