How Our Subscription Box Model Works

  • Subscribe to Craft Cherry right here on our website

    Simply decide between the 6-month or 12-month subscription. Enter your shipping details and pay for your first box. Once we receive your order, your job is done! Your subscription will run automatically.

  • We get your box ready for shipping

    We begin preparations to ship your first box within a week of your order and then on the same day each month thereafter. Your box should arrive at your door around the 20th of each month for the duration of your subscription.

  • Begin crafting to your heart's content

    All you have to do is wait to receive your box once a month via courier to enjoy the experience.

This ecoresin white box includes everything to handcraft a trinket tray, vase and jewellery holder. We also include a tealight candle holder.

It contains the foundational tools that you will want to use with every craft we introduce you to.

The box contains 1kg of ecoresin; silicone moulds; a scale; silicone mat and jugs; mixing sticks, and so much more. The finished ecoresin project is just darling!

    We curate each box with a specific goal in mind: to give you everything you need to master a new skill every month. You no longer have to hunt for the right materials and tools from various places only to find that what you sourced isn't right or doesn't quite fit.

    The boxes are themed by skill and colour, and the first box you will receive is the white ecoresin box.

    We also theme the boxes around special holidays such as Christmas and Easter.

This filigree and cloisonné yellow box includes two bespoke crafts: a clock and stand, and a set of 6 coasters with a holder.

This box includes 6 bottles of cloisonné, gold and silver filigree, glue, empty mixing pots, cork feet for the coasters, tweezers, and a pencil. It also includes the mechanism and battery for the clock.

We include 1kg of melt-and-pour soap base, pink shimmer pigment, dried flower petals, seeds, and rose essence for hours of crafting pleasure.

  • When should I expect my box to arrive?

    Receive box 1 within a week! Your remaining boxes will be shipped around the 20th of each month for the duration of your subscription.

  • Will my bank card details be handled securely once I have made my first payment?

    Definitely! We are powered by Shopify and we use Paystack as our payment gateway. These two giants prioritise security and employ multiple measures to ensure safe online transactions.

  • Can I give this as a gift to a friend?

    What a great gift idea! Choose the length of subscription and be sure to enter your own billing address but THEIR shipping address. We will charge your card and ship directly to your friend.

  • How will I be billed since I have signed up for a subscription and not a once off purchase?

    We make use of Paystack's subscription feature to manage our subscriptions. You load your card details on our secure payment system and Paystack will charge your card automatically according to the subscription of your choice.

  • Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

    Yes, our subscriptions can be paused, however we ask that you send us an email prior to doing so. We also understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where you would need to cancel your subscription, and in that event, all you would need to do is repay any discounts that apply to your subscription. This allows us to continue to provide the value we have promised to all of our members!

  • Can I return the box if I am not entirely happy with it?

    Absolutely. If you are not entirely happy with your box, you are welcome to return it for a full refund.
